Spartan DEKA Affiliate
As a Spartan DEKA Affiliate Gym, The Hangout Gym provides members with the opportunity to train for and participate in the exciting DEKA fitness challenge. DEKA combines functional fitness with measurable benchmarks, allowing athletes of all levels to test their strength, endurance, and performance. Whether you're looking to compete or simply challenge yourself, our DEKA-focused training helps you track progress and achieve new fitness goals in a supportive community environment.
Child Care
Childcare is available for many of our classes, making it easier for parents to prioritize their health and fitness. Classes that offer childcare will be clearly marked with *CHILDCARE on the schedule. Our supervised childcare area provides a safe and fun environment for your little ones while you focus on your workout.
More than just a gym, we're a community. Our members encourage and support one another both inside and outside of workouts, creating lasting friendships along the way. We also host a book club, giving members another opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together beyond the gym floor.
